Spider Creane Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate spider cranes safely in tight spaces
• Plan lifts, assess risks, and ensure safety compliance
• Conduct pre-use checks and maintenance
• Work at heights or in confined spaces

Requirements

• CPCS or IPAF certification for spider cranes
• Relevant experience (1-2 years typically)
• Valid medical certificate
• Good spatial awareness and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

• Outdoor and indoor work, often in construction or industrial settings
• May involve heights, confined spaces, or uneven terrain
• Shift work, including early starts and late finishes
