Job Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for planning and administering speech therapy treatment plans designed to treat a variety of speech, language and swallowing function of patients.
Evaluates and provides evidence-based treatment for a wide variety of expressive and receptive language disorders, cognitive disorders, speech disorders, dysphagia, fluency, voice, and social communication.Develops plan of care with realistic and measurable short- and long-term goals most appropriate to the patient’s learning style and therapeutic needs. Clinician will utilize patient and/or family input, taking into account psycho-social, cultural and spiritual needs.
