**Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health at Providence Home Services Oregon**



**Schedule:** Part Time (24 hours/week), Weekdays on Day Shift (no weekends)



**Area Coverage:** Colombia River Gorge area



Manages and provides skilled Speech/Language Pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, in a home setting in accordance with a physician's plan of treatment, taking into account individual patient's special or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client speech/language/swallowing independence in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential.
