Speciality Chef – Baklava
The Specialty Chef Baklava works closely with the Culinary Team and in the planning adequate supply of required items for restaurants and banquets, menu development, and other related areas.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare a variety of baklava types, focusing on high-quality, authentic flavors while experimenting with modern twists and new ingredients.
- Develop and refine baklava recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients, and experimenting with unique flavors and fillings to enhance the menu.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance across all baklava served. Adjust recipes and processes as needed to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Work with kitchen team members to maintain smooth operations and support other pastry chefs as needed. Share knowledge and best practices related to baklava preparation.
