Collaborate with relevant departments on procurement requirements and provide support in the procure-to-pay process including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiations, internal approvals), purchase requisitions and purchase orders Manage the procurement system, continuously explore opportunities to streamline the process in accordance with the overall directives, procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards, and prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and performance.
