Position Overview

Specialist Security Officer at
SOU based in
Centurion.The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure the unit’s personnel comply with key job functions/tasks as per JDs and SOPs
- Coordinate staff evaluation in line with company policy against key performance areas and job descriptions to facilitate internal recruitment in support of career path development while ensuring advancement on merit.
- Ensure personnel cultivation with the Bidvest Protea Coin culture and maintain good discipline through effective leadership and stern application of the Bidvest Protea Coin code of conduct.
