Position Overview
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Sales Operations Specialist will play an integral part in supporting the sales team with various day to day activities, such as preparing dashboards, reporting, customer pricing schedules, facilitating customer contracts, waste profiling, CRM Support, analyzing sales data, customer direct communications, and working with operations to determine capabilities, set and manage scheduling and coordinate with necessary corporate functions to assist in executing a sale.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Writing some analytical copy, including both internal and external audiences, coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs).
+ Ensuring the integrity, quality, consistency, and accuracy of the key data, supporting information, and other standard materials, as well as the reporting of that data.
+ Working with SMEs to collect, develop, and maintain relevant CRM materials.
