Position Overview
Responsibilities :
Provide technical leadership in the analysis of bulk and single cell NGS and DNA methylation to inform target discovery and mechanism-of-action studies.
Design and implement novel bioinformatics algorithms for sequence analysis.
Serve as an individual contributor on key projects, delivering high-impact analyses and tool development using Python, R, or similar languages
Partner with wet-lab biology research scientists, protein engineers and chemists to guide experimental design and validate computational predictions.
Design and implement computational algorithms to analyze multi-omics, multi-modal, and high-content data, with applications in target engagement evaluation, patient stratification, response prediction, indication selection, assay development, and diagnostic development.
