Responsibilities

Manage and perform quality mass operational end-to-end duties using appropriate resources and follow-up accordingly in a timely manner from the point a candidate is shortlisted to Day 1 onboarding.

Address new hires’ queries and provide required support, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date system records and documentation for all new hires, complying within internal policies, statutory requirements, and data privacy regulations.

Perform Work Passes administration for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and proper documentation submission.

Conduct system testing and quality assurance when required to ensure the functionality of recruitment and onboarding systems. Identify and resolve issues, collaborating with relevant teams for system improvements.
