Position Overview
Product Development :
Get design brief of new products in the cycles from DD team and provide technical input for develop new products focusing on cost, quality, production capability, and appearance.Develop new products in the cycle to meet quality requirements, optimize product design and techniques to achieve the target cost while ensuring efficiency.Validate issues and consolidate comments occurring during prototype process to improve and minimize the issues in PM phase.Creation and maintenance of standards, specifications and drawings of material, component, product master and finished product to ensure compliance with design requirements, regulatory requirements and quality standards. Cost Control :
Provide technical input for the Costing team to calculate cost.Find a solution in terms of product design to reduce costs when they exceed the target. Continuous Improvement : <...
