This full‑time on‑site, 12‑month fixed term contract offers opportunity to manage procurement of inpatient pharmacy medications for Counties Manukau District.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of inpatient pharmacy medications.
• Provide functional leadership and day‑to‑day coordination within the Pharmacy Service.
• Order and control inventory, manage master data, resolve stock problems.
• Reconcile invoicing and finance transactions.
• Troubleshoot and test pharmacy systems (e.g., ePharmacy, Pyxis).
• Participate in medication safety reporting and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team, Counties Manukau staff, and external agencies such as hospitals, wholesalers, and PHARMAC.
