Responsibilities

Perform orthopedic surgical procedures utilizing advanced surgical techniques and adhering to safety standards; evaluate patient medical histories, diagnostic tests and imaging studies to determine appropriate surgical interventions; diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions through comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic assessments; develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences and medical considerations incorporating medication, physical therapy and other non-surgical interventions when appropriate; educate patients and families about orthopedic conditions, treatment options and post-operative care instructions; monitor patient progress before, during and after surgery addressing any complications or concerns that may arise; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists and primary care physicians to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes; consu...
