The purpose of the Order Book Fulfillment Specialist is to support the company’s goal of being the preferred partner by providing superior supports to customers in each of the 4 regions Key Responsibilities:
Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily ordersHandling the delivery shortage claimProcess defective return orders for all customers, make sure all the customers return can be processed in a timely mannerProcess take-back return orders for all customers, make sure customers’ take-back can be processed timely and correctly.Process order transfer for all customers, make sure all the orders can ship out and meet customers request delivery date.Work closely with internal co-workers with gift order book fulfillment.
