We are looking for a Shared Services Specialist to Join our CommScope Goa Team.

As a Specialist – HR Shared Services, you will play a key role in driving data accuracy, reporting excellence, and automation within HR operations. This role will focus on Employee Central (EC) reporting, data analysis, data audits, and continuous process optimization using automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Audit and validate personnel and organizational data changes in Employee Central, ensuring data accuracy at source.

  • Maintains a case tracking system to keep record of transactions of all requests raised with HRSS

  • Own and deliver regular and ad-hoc Employee Central (EC) reports, ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
