Clinical & Surgical Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, review medical histories, and order/interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., imaging, lab work) to determine the necessity of surgical interventions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including but not limited to abdominal surgery (gallbladder, appendix, hernias, bowel resections), skin/soft tissue excisions, trauma interventions, and endocrine surgeries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Utilize and maintain proficiency in <b>minimally invasive techniques</b> (laparoscopy) as well as traditional open surgeries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the surgical team in the Operating Room (OR), ensuring adherence to strict sterile environments, patient safety protocols, a...
