MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To manage and optimize the engineering systems engineering IT systems like AMOS, Airvault, RFID Aero check, Aero track, ATS, MDM - AirWatch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that the engineering systems are operational and using its maximum available functionality.
• Manages service request and change request in conjunction with maintenance and engineering.
• Develops, implements, and controls changes to working practices to better suit the system.
• Manages engineering systems testing and acceptance during new release and patching.
• Acts as a focal point for the future development of the business intelligence system.
• Acts as focal point for engineering iPads and responsible for creating policies, controlling iPad application versions, review and publishing new application in the Air watch Mobile device management.
