Position Overview
Specialist Engineer, Reliability - Expert in a specific area of engineering, often with extensive experience and knowledge in that field.
- Ability to interpret asset performance data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Lead and perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) analysis for plant systems and equipment across ADNOC assets.
- Monitor and assess key performance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, Availability, and other reliability indices through validated data sources (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
- Develop, validate, and optimize equipment‑specific maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs using RCM, FMEA/FMECA, including asset criticality assessment, and ensuring alignment with ADNOC Offshore policies, safety requirements (SIL), and industry best practices.
- Facilitate and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and provide structured recommendations to prevent recurrence of failures.
