Main duties of the job

This post is to provide dietetic care to the bariatric MDT and general wards. The post holder will be based at Darlington Memorial Hospital but may occasionally be required to cover other areas within County Durham and Darlington including University Hospital North Durham and Chester Le Street Hospital. The post holder will provide bariatric dietetic support to patients pre‑ and post‑surgery in MDT clinics, dedicated dietetic clinics and wards. General ward work includes medical and surgical dietetics.
