Currently seeing a qualified mechanical designer. Successful candidates will be members of a highly motivated, multi-disciplined, cross-functional design engineering team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Essential Functions:
Electro-mechanical packaging and designModification of existing and/or creation of new designs including electro-mechanical racks, shelters, enclosures, ground & airborne chassis’ and circuit card assemblies (CCA’s) and 3U/6U modulesEnsure new designs progress while meeting technical requirements and EVMS schedules and budgetsAbility to travel 5% of standard work weekMust be able to obtain a US security clearance as a job requirementCreate 3D models and 2D drawings of electro-mechanical designsQualifications:
