Specialist Counsellor / Psychotherapist for Cancer Services.

University Hospitals Sussex NHS foundation Trust Cancer Psychological therapies service is looking for a specialist counsellor / psychotherapist to work 22.5 hrs / week to join the team of psychological therapists who see patients and immediate family members who have a cancer diagnosis. 

The post holder will be expected to work across all 4 hospital sites when required. The working pattern will be predominantly 2 days in St Richards Hospital in Chichester and 1 day in Worthing.

You will have extensive experience of working with people with a cancer diagnosis and be comfortable with the policies and procedures of the NHS. Working closely with medical, nursing and AHP colleagues within Cancer Services. This role will be line managed by the Lead Psychotherapist and supervised externally.
