Special Process Engineer (Pressing & Screwdriving)

Position type: Full‑time. Currently the San Luis Potosí Plant operates several products under two Business Divisions: Powertrain Solutions (PS) and Vehicle Motion (VM). While the product mix and complexity increases, we ensure our products are delivered in the best quality, required quantity, and at a low cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to assigned processes to ensure compliance with established standards and support production requirements.
• Analyze and resolve process issues to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Define, adjust, and document process parameters and controls to meet quality targets, improve process capability, and reduce defects.
• Collaborate in the development, validation, and launch of new processes and equipment to implement robust solutions for efficient new product industrialization.
