Scales 1D to 2 (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

30 hours per week – Term Time Only (39 weeks) £22,324 – £22,641 pro rata per annum

32.5 hours per week – Term Time Only (39 weeks) £24,188 – £25,531 pro rata per annum

Responsibilities

• Support students with their learning in class, in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
• Support students’ personal development, wellbeing and independence, helping them to feel safe, successful and prepared for their next steps into adult life.
• Work with students in the ARC provision for pupils with more complex needs, where required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an LSA from mainstream or special education settings.
• Graduates considering a career in education, or individuals looking to move into the sector with valuable transferable skills and experience.
