Spanish Speaking House Manager, EUR 75-85k gross per annum (gpa).

We are seeking an exceptional House Manager to oversee the daily operation of a large, prestigious private residence in Gibraltar. This is a role for someone who leads with quiet authority, impeccable standards, and genuine warmth, someone who takes pride in running a home that functions, and feels, like no other.

Reporting directly to the Principal's representative, you will take full ownership of the estate and lead a household team of eight, including housekeepers, service staff, security personnel, drivers, and private chefs. You will be the heartbeat of the household: setting standards, managing schedules, planning ahead, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring every detail is attended to. The role is based in Gibraltar, with the option to reside in Spain, and occasional travel may be required.
