Position Overview
What You'll Do
- Support Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided!)
- Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
What We're Looking For
- Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 or above
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- No prior experience required we will train you!
- Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
