Responsibilities

• To perform treatments on guests while maintaining comfort at all times.
• Be punctual for appointments and review each appointment after completing each treatment.
• Keep the work area clean and neat at all times.
• Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
• Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa and Wellness.
• Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required.
• Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Supervisor/ Spa Assistant Manager.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa suites and treatment rooms throughout the shift.
• Attend daily line‑ups, weekly or monthly spa meetings.
