The successful candidate will handle bookings with high accuracy, maximize revenue through upselling, and provide front desk operational support. Manage all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and Whats App. Provide detailed information on treatments, packages, and promotions. Upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products. Maintain the booking system for efficient therapist scheduling. Coordinate large group bookings with hotel reservation teams. Support front desk operations with check-ins, check-outs, and billing.
