Responsibilities

1. Financial Perspective
   · Generates income from managing the sovereign securities trading activities of the bank:
   · Trades in the debt securities markets for ROPs, Philippine USD Sukuk or other foreign-currency sovereign issues (if applicable), US Treasuries, Emerging Markets Sovereign Bonds and Credit Default Swaps;
   · Participates and recommends rates/volume for primary market (auction);
   · Provides prices for serving the corporate securities requirements of the Bank’s clients through the Treasury Sales Desk;
   · Maintains actual Capex and Opex of the desk within approved levels.
2. Administrative Perspective
   · Analyze credit risk and spread movements versus benchmarks
   · Monitor global securities benchmarks, sovereign credit spreads and emerging market debt
   · Report trade performance, P&L, and market color to Linear Trading Desk Head
