The successful candidate will support kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and contribute to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section independently.
• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes to the highest standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and minimizing food wastage.
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service excellence.
