Position Overview

Bordomavi, a renowned Mediterranean dining destination in Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef with expertise in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. The successful candidate will support kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and contribute to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section independently.
  • Prepare, cook, and present authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes to the highest standards.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock control, and minimizing food wastage.
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service excellence.
