Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Cafe Dali in Delhi, India. The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes. The Sous Chef will also ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and organized, oversee inventory and food ordering, and ensure that food quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment with 2 years in a senior role.
• Demonstrated expertise in European cuisine, as well as familiarity with local ingredients and cooking techniques
