We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef (Continental) to assist in managing daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing Continental menus
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs
Train junior staff and maintain discipline in the kitchen
