Division/Department: Food and Beverage

Location: Black Bear Casino Resort - Onsite

Reports To: Executive Sous Chef

Probationary Period: 90 days – Full time; 120 days – Part time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Classification: Class C Gaming Licensure

Driver's License: Level 0- No Driver's License Required

Rate of Pay: $24.20-$27.23

Responsibilities

  • Provides guests of the Black Bear Casino dining facilities with great food served attractively, in a prompt efficient, cost-effective manner.
  • Proficiency in operating all kitchen equipment and follow preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Ensures the highest degree of safety and sanitation with regard to food handling, ware washing, and kitchen cleaning.
