We’re looking for a strong senior chef to lead and manage our Bakehouse section in Ascot — a unique role that sits somewhere between bakery, kitchen leadership, and guest experience.

This isn’t just a production role. We need someone confident enough to take ownership of standards, manage quality day-to-day, and challenge products or processes when something isn’t right. A large part of the offering is supplied from our central bakery, so having a sharp eye for consistency, finish, and execution is essential.

We’re also in the process of building and developing our own Bakehouse operation in Ascot, so this role would suit someone excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow something long term.
