Job Description:
- Handle ingredient preparation by slicing, dicing, blending, and making sauces.
- Accurately measure ingredients based on recipe requirements.
- Portion, cut, and store food items appropriately.
- Cook and prepare meals according to set recipes and quality standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, orderly, and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure proper storage of all food products and supplies.
- Track inventory levels and request restocking of food and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of cook experience in hotel industry.
