We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist – Americas to support our North and South America operations. Reporting to the Category Manager – Components, you will develop and deliver regional sourcing plans aligned to Bradken’s global category strategy.

This role will suit someone with strong sourcing, procurement or category experience in a heavy engineering, manufacturing, mining, industrial or similar environment.

Your Impact

You will:

• Develop and deliver regional sourcing plans for Global Components, bringing a structured and commercial approach to cost, quality, delivery, risk and supplier performance.
• Lead RFx activity, supplier evaluation and vendor selection, using sound judgement and clear communication to support the right sourcing decisions.
