Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and online databases.
- Create engaging outreach messages and screen potential candidates to assess initial fit.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job openings and enhancing employer brand visibility online.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates as needed.
- Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized sourcing data and metrics for reporting purposes.
