We're currently looking for a Sourcing Lead on a full‑time, permanent basis. This position sits within the Procurement team based in Glasgow. We can offer both hybrid and remote working options.

The job

Reporting to the Head of Financial Shared Services, on a day‑to‑day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

• Lead, embed and continuously improve ACCA's sourcing capability through development of best practice sourcing policies, frameworks and procurement centre of excellence ensuring we are driving value, innovation, and improvement from our sourcing activities (c£120m annually)
• Proactively engage and lead directorate(s) in their associated critical and strategic sourcing needs using your detailed knowledge and understanding of strategy, priorities, and existing contractual estate/supplier base
