Job Description

• Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receive, sort and outbound
• Involves scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics
• Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
• Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
• Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team

Requirements

• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required (up to 6 days)
