Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by recommending the best wines and maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in the wine field.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and stay updated on all products on the restaurant’s menu, including new offerings.
2. Recommend wine selections that best complement guests’ meals.
3. Provide detailed information on wines, winemakers, regions, vintages, etc.
4. Maintain accurate records of all wines served.
5. Handle stock rotation and quality control.
6. Manage inventory and orders for restaurant supplies.
7. Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
8. Provide superior customer service at all times.
