Kerzner International offers an opportunity for a Sommelier to join the F&B team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage all wine revenue for Casea 101 restaurant.
• Drive wine and beverage sales through expert recommendations and guest engagement.
• Lead the team and provide seamless service to high‑profile guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
• Strong wine knowledge and restaurant experience.
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with high‑profile and diverse clientele.
• Dynamic team player committed to delivering the highest standard of service.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages highly regarded.
