The Solution Manager is responsible for leading the UAE Solutions Team and supporting the sales organization in developing practical, competitive, and deliverable solutions across Connectivity, Cloud, IDC, ICT/DICT and Digital Services.

The role serves as the bridge between customers, sales, delivery teams, partners and HQ, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable and aligned with CMI capabilities.

The successful candidate will lead major customer engagements, strengthen solution governance, develop local technical capabilities, coordinate HQ support, and help drive sustainable business growth across the Middle East region.
