Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Understand scope of project, invite vendor quotations, collate and evaluate vendor quotesIf required, conduct site survey and data gathering at siteReview costing for project, prepare sales proposals and provide pre-sales support in clients’ requirement analysisDraft tender and project documents to assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bids for company projectsInterpret and review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specificationBuild relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers / vendors and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications Requirements:
