As an After-sales Engineer, you'll be the primary
technical bridge
between customers and internal teams — resolving issues, driving adoption, and feeding real-world insights back into product development.
What you'll do Deliver on-site technical guidance, product trials, and training to customers; troubleshoot issues and maintain strong client relationships. Partner with sales to identify opportunities; prepare proposals, bids, test reports, and implementation documents. Gather and synthesise customer and market requirements to inform product and R&D teams. Represent the company at industry events; manage partner technical exchanges and support ticket resolution.
