Introduction

We are seeking an Assortment and Space Solutions Consultant to be part of our software implementation team. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on retail experience and excels at capturing business requirements, translating them into practical solutions, and partnering with our Product Team, as well as stakeholders across clients’ Merchandising, Space Planning, Store Operations, and IT.

This role is solution‑oriented: you will proactively propose options and trade‑offs, not just raise issues, and you will guide teams from discovery through adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery and Requirements
• Lead workshops and interviews with Category Managers, Space Planners, Store Ops, and Supply Chain to elicit and clarify business needs.
• Document current‑state and design future‑state processes for assortment planning, macro/micro space planning, planogram execution, and compliance.
