/ Key Responsibilities:
Payments Platform Strategy & Architecture: Define and maintain the target-state business architecture and capability model for the payments platform across key payment types in SA and Africa, aligned to strategy, customer value, and core functional and non-functional needs.Industry Standards & Compliance: Champion ISO 20022 and related standards, ensuring the architecture remains scheme-agnostic, compliant, and ready for regulatory, scheme, AML, and risk change.Solution Delivery & Value Realisation: Oversee business planning and rollout of payment solutions, define success measures, drive business readiness, and track delivery of intended outcomes and benefits.Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Bridge business and technology teams, represent the payments capability in governance forums, and build strong relati...
