Responsibility

Design, specify and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy customer needs

Participate in the preparation of tender responses and non-standard contracts with the assistance of legal advisers where necessary

Participate in the preparation and provision of high quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences and trade shows

Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation

Other specific task assigned by management

Requirements

Technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN and IDC are preferred

Experience in pre-sales support or related is a plus

Good project management skill and communication skill

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and Chinese.
