Domain Expertise

• At least 10+ years of technology experience with 2-3 years as a Solution Architect in the Payments/Cards domain
• Expertise in card management platforms (e.g. VisionPLUS, Way4, First Data, CardPac etc.) and experience with end-to-end card lifecycle management, including acquiring, issuance, activation, transaction processing, and settlements.
• Deep understanding of card processing flows, including authorization, clearing, and settlement, as well as dispute management and chargeback processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of card products, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards, with experience in designing solutions for co‑branded cards, corporate card programs, and loyalty/rewards cards.
• Experience in developing and integrating loyalty programs, cashback rewards, and installment payment options, to enhance cardholder engagement.
