Solution Architect – ING

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Solution Architect to join our Architecture CoE team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end technical solutions ensuring alignment with domain architecture, enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Refine technical solution directions and dependencies drafted in epics in coordination with Enterprise Architect, Domain Architect and squad members.
• Provide knowledge, vision and structure to help find solutions to programmes or complex IT environments.
• Guide squads to find the best solution according to IT strategy and listen to tribe needs, helping on epic and feature prioritisation.
• Ensure that implemented solutions are aligned with design and standards.
• Collaborate with Domain Architect and Chapter leads to elaborate tribe and asset roadmaps.
• Help to align and resolve dependencies between squads.
