Description
Serves as preceptor for pharmacy students, residents, and healthcare learners as assigned Mentors, orients, trains, and assists with the performance evaluation of pharmacy teammates, residents, and students as assigned Directs and checks the accuracy of the work of pharmacy support team members in accordance with the organization’s policies andprocedures to ensure safe and efficient workflows, service standards, and regulatory compliance Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
