Solicitor / CILEX Lawyer / Experienced Paralegal - Vehicle Hire Fraud. We are expanding our market-leading Fraud team within CSG and looking for passionate legal professionals to join the Vehicle Hire Fraud team in Birmingham. The Fraud team is a multi-award-winning group known for defending complex insurance fraud claims, from pre-litigation to high-stakes litigation, working with clients and law enforcement agencies such as IFED and Regional Fraud Teams.

Department: CSG - Casualty (EL/PL / CAT PI / Disease / Fraud / Motor / Credit Hire). Location: Birmingham. Application Deadline: 28 November 2025.

What you will do

• Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated claims with fraud concerns on behalf of major UK insurers.
• Investigate and defend against a wide spectrum of vehicle hire fraud types, including phantom hire, exaggerated claims, and claims submitted without the policyholder’s knowledge, as well as traditional motor fr...
