The Court of Protection is the judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the management of finances and other affairs of those individuals who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. Georgina acts as a professional deputy for property and financial affairs with various clients, from young children to those in later life, has experience with managing multi-million-pound settlements from personal injury claims, has been a member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers and is a committee member of CoPPA the Professional Deputies Forum.
